Information Collected by Automated Means Through Our Services. We

advertising IDs (e.g., Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) and the means of internet
connection (e.g., WiFi connection, ISP) that can
identify the physical location of such devices, in accordance with applicable
law;

Your device type and settings,
software used, browser type and operating system;
4.
Websites or other services you
visited before and after visiting the Services (referring URL);
5.
Viewing behaviour, including the
content you view, how long you view content, the quality of the service you
receive,

Dates and times you access or
use the Services;
7.
Location information, including
the city, state and zip code associated with your IP Address, information
derived through WiFi triangulation, and precise
location information from GPS-based functionality on your mobile apps, with
your consent;
We, or our service
providers, may use the information collected from and about you to:
1. Provide our products and services
2. Create and manage online accounts;
3. Send promotional materials, alerts regarding available offers and other communications,
including text/SMS messages if you provided your mobile number and opted in to
receive such messages
4. Respond to inquiries from you and other third-parties, including
inquiries from law enforcement agencies;
5. Anonymize or de-identify personal information to provide third parties
with aggregated data reports showing anonymized information and other
non-personal information;
6. Provide technical support;
7. Generate suggestions about the type of content you may enjoy;
8. Associate your browser and/or device with other browsers or devices you
use for the purpose of providing relevant and easier access to content, across
devices, and other operational/business purposes;
9. Operate, evaluate and improve our business (including developing,
enhancing, analyzing and improving our Services;
managing our communications; performing data and statistical analytics; and
performing accounting, auditing and other internal functions);
10. Protect against, identify and prevent fraud and other unlawful activity,
claims and other liabilities;
11. Comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry
standards, contractual obligations and our terms of service and other policies;
and
12. In other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.
3.
MOBILE
APPLICATIONS
If you are
using one of our mobile applications, you acknowledge and accept that Reactar can:
1. choose to send you "Push Notifications". "Push
Notification" preferences can be configured in the application's settings
(you have the option to disable the notification when you first time open the
app, and you can also go to your mobile phone setting to disable the
notification); and
2. access your device’s location function and collect, use and disclose
this information as set out in this Privacy Policy (you can disable the share
location setting if you don't want the app to access your location).
4.
DISCLOSURE
OF INFORMATION
We may disclose:
1. aggregated tracking information
and other information that does not personally identify you to third parties
such as our partners, agents, and advertisers;
2.
your personal information to
third parties when we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by
law;
3.
your personal information to
other third parties provided we have your prior authorisation, which we will
usually obtain at the time of collecting the information from you.
5.
ANALYTICS
Reactar or our related companies contract with online measurement companies and
other service providers to manage and optimise our Internet business and
communications. These companies collect information about visits to our
Platform to assist us in analysing the Platform's performance and advertising
effectiveness and optimising the Platform for users and marketers. Details of

6.
REQUESTING
DELETION OF DATA
You can request that your data be deleted from our
systems by emailing support@reactar.io and supplying the email address associated
with your account. Your data will be deleted within 48 hours of the request
being received.
7.
HOW WE
PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed
to protect the personal information we have about you against accidental,
unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or
use. However, no data transmission or storage, or use of the Internet, can be
guaranteed to be 100% secure.

LINKS TO
THIRD-PARTY SITES, APPS AND SERVICES
For your convenience and information, our Services may provide links to
third-party sites, apps and services that may be operated by companies not
affiliated with Reactar. These companies may have
their own privacy notices or policies, which we strongly suggest you review. We
are not responsible for the privacy practices of any non-Reactar
sites, apps or services.
9.
CHANGES TO
OUR PRIVACY NOTICE
From time to time, we may change our Privacy Notice to reflect changes
to our privacy practices and Services. If we modify the Privacy Notice, we will
update the “Last Modified Date” and the changes will be effective as of the
date we post such Notice. For material changes, we will notify you by posting a
prominent notice on our Services indicating at the top of the Privacy Notice
when it was most recently updated or by other appropriate means, such as email
through the email address you most recently provided to us.
